Return and Refund Policy

At Lolonaa, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or does not match your confirmed order, we offer a return or exchange option under the following conditions:

  1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue for approval.

  1. Accepted Reasons for Return

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • The product does not match the confirmed variation (size, color, etc.)

  1. Courier Charge for Returns

  • If a return is accepted, the customer must pay the courier return charge.

  • This fee is paid directly to the courier during pickup or drop-off.

  • Lolonaa will not be responsible for courier charges on returned products unless the return is due to our error.

  1. No Cash Refund

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Eligible returns will be handled through product exchange or store credit, based on stock availability.

  1. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp or phone within 2 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order ID and photo/video proof.

  • Our team will guide you through the return approval and pickup process.
